Biography Originally from Chicago, IL. She received her BFA in Musical Theater from the Hartt School of Music in Hartford, CT. Her Aerial Arts training began in Tokyo, Japan with the Tokyo Aerial Dance Project, and Cirque Du Soleil. She is currently playing the title role in “Disney’s Mary Poppins” at Arizona Broadway Theater and The Herberger Theatre Center in Phoenix, AZ. Her passion for the arts has taken her all over the world, where she has performed with multiple theater companies, including: Hartford Stage Company, The Palace Theater, Disney Cruise Line, Tokyo Disney Resort, Arizona Broadway Theatre, The Rep, Connecticut Repertory Theater, New Bedford Festival Theater and Artistree Musical Theater Festival. Renee’s other credits include the title roll in Disney’s Mary Poppins, Kate in Kiss Me Kate, Sally Bowles in Cabaret, Iris Kelly in Fame, and featured roles in Tarzan, The Drowsy Chaperone, Sweeney Todd, Beauty and The Beast, Carnival, Lady Be Good, Jesus Christ SuperStar, The Rocky Horror Show and Meet Me in St. Louis to name a few. From Leading Lady to Aerialist to Character Actor, Renee has done it all with passion, skill and grace. Along with Musical Theater, Renee is also a skilled aerialist, and silk artist.
